Required Qualifications
Service Provider:
- Qualifications: Regular degree with at least 50% marks in any subject and experience in gender activities within the Kudumbashree Mission.
Security Officer:
- Qualifications: SSLC and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
Community Counselor:
- Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Community Counselor in the District Kudumbashree Mission,
or
- Postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Women’s Studies, or Gender Studies,
or
- Pre-degree/Plus Two pass with 10 years of experience as a Gender Resource Person. Computer knowledge must be a Kudumbashree family member/auxiliary group member, and a resident of the vacant CDS (Konnathady, Chinnakanal, Devikulam Idukki).
GRC Resource Person:
- Qualifications: Regular degree in any subject and at least 2 years of work experience in Kudumbashree activities. (Vacancies: Vellathooval, Karimannoor, Velliamattom)
Crime Mapping Resource Person:
- Qualifications: Regular degree in any subject, At least 2 years of work experience in Kudumbashree activities, Proficiency in DTP Malayalam, MS Office, Preference for those with survey and data analysis experience and residents of the vacant Crime Mapping CDSs (Adimali, Munnar, Peerumedu, Arakkulam, Karunapuram, Udumbannoor).

How to Apply
- Applications can be obtained directly from the District Kudumbashree Mission Office, from CDS, or from the website www.kudumbashree.org.
- The deadline for submission is July 24, 5 PM.
- Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years of age and permanent residents of Idukki district.
- The application should include a biodata, self-attested copies of certificates proving educational qualifications, age, work experience, proof of being a Kudumbashree family member/auxiliary group member, address proof, and a photograph.
- The application form must be filled out and certified by the Secretary/President of the relevant Neighborhood Group, then further certified by the ADS Chairperson/Secretary and submitted to the CDS Chairperson/Secretary.
