Positions and Qualifications

Housekeeping Staff

• Qualification: SSLC or equivalent. Must have passed the Craft Certificate Course in Hotel Accommodation Operation from the Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala, or have equivalent qualifications or work experience in the related field.

Food & Beverage Staff / Receptionist

• Qualification: Minimum Plus Two pass. Must have a one-year Food & Beverage Service Craft Certificate from the Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala, or equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.

Cook

• Qualification: SSLC or equivalent. Must have a one-year Food Production Craft Certificate from the Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala, or from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Union Ministry of Tourism, or have related work experience.

Kitchen Staff

• Qualification: SSLC or equivalent. Must have a one-year Food Production Craft Certificate from the Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala.

Age Limit

• Eligible Age: 18 to 35 years.

Terms and Conditions

1. Contract Period: Appointments will be temporary on a contract basis for up to one year.
2. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a merit-based written test, skill test, and interview.
3. Salary: Selected employees will receive wages equivalent to Class IV employees as per the current Government Order, which is ₹670 per day.
4. Eligibility: Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for their respective posts.
