Educational Qualifications:
Engineer:
- B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering with first class.Junior Engineer: MCA with 60% marks and first class.
Turner:
- ITI (Turner) with National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Machinist:
- ITI (Machinist) with National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Fitter:
- ITI (Fitter) with National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Multi Skill Staff:
- Graduation in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks.
Nurse:
- BSc (Hons.) Nursing / BSc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized institute or university, or a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized institute/board or council.
Storeman:
- SSLC pass.
Civil Technician:
- ITI (Plumber) with National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Age Limit for Instrumentation Limited Recruitment 2024 :
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
Age Relaxation & Reservations:
- Age relaxation and reservations will be as per Government of India directives.
Tenure of Engagement:
The recruitment will be on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis, initially for 2 years, extendable for another 2 years (maximum 4 years) based on company requirements and satisfactory performance.Remuneration:
- Employees hired on FTE will be placed at the minimum of the scale of the grade for which they are appointed.
- Candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, PF, and other statutory benefits applicable to the grade.
- An annual increment as per the scale during the tenure will be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance.
Pay Scale:
- Salary: INR 12,600-40,500/- Per Month
Other Benefits:
- Personnel recruited under FTE will be entitled to 12 days of casual leave per calendar year, calculated on a pro-rata basis for every calendar month of service, and 2.5 days of earned leave with pay. There will be a provision for encashment of earned leave at the end of the year, as well as at the time of separation.
- The tenure-based personnel will not be entitled to any allowance or benefits other than those indicated in the remuneration/pay scale.
Application Fee:
- General, EWS & OBC: Rs.500/- (non-refundable) via Demand Draft in favor of Instrumentation Limited, payable at Palakkad.
- SC/ST: Rs.250/- (non-refundable) via Demand Draft.
- PwD: No fee required.
Candidates should write their name and address on the reverse side of the Demand Draft. Applications without a proper Demand Draft (except for PwD candidates) will be rejected.
