Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess ITI/ Diploma/ Graduation/ Post Graduation qualifications.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating GPS, GIS, HAM Radio, Wireless, and Satellite Phone systems is required.

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient in the following languages:

• Essential Languages: English and Malayalam
• Preferable Languages: Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada

Candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

• Field Work: Prior experience in Disaster Management is valuable.
• Registered Volunteer: Being a registered volunteer in Samoohika Sannadha Sena is an advantage.

Remuneration:

• Daily wages of ₹1000 per day.

Mode of Work:

• The position requires a commitment to working on a 24x7 shift basis.

Selection Procedure

Selection for the role of EOC Technical Expert will be based on interviews with the shortlisted candidates. Interested individuals should follow these steps for application:

• Download and fill out the application form (format attached as an annexure).
• Attach self-attested copies of certificates proving qualification and age.
• Include experience certificates and an original Police Clearance Certificate.
• Submit your application before 26.10.2023, 05.00 PM.

The application should be placed in a sealed envelope labeled "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF EOC TECHNICAL EXPERT." Address it to the Chairperson, District Disaster Management Authority, District Magistrate & District Collector, Pathanamthitta.

Interview Process

After reviewing the applications, the District Disaster Management Authority, Pathanamthitta, will notify selected candidates for an interview. The date and time for the interview will be communicated via email or phone.
