Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management with prior Housekeeping experience, preferably from a hotel background.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Housekeeping Service Associate Job Profile:
- As a Housekeeping Service Associate-MDC, your responsibilities will include: Managing and scheduling housekeeping activities at the Management Development Centre.
- Overseeing tasks like deep cleaning, mattress rotations, and ensuring impeccable premises.
- Maintaining inventory of guest supplies, linen, and housekeeping essentials.
- Establishing a service-oriented environment, promptly addressing customer needs.
- Handling guest inquiries, telephone calls, and general reception duties.
- Coordinating with various departments and external customers, ensuring seamless organization of meetings.
- Assisting in the reception of guests and dignitaries, offering a warm welcome and guidance.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age of 35 Years
Pay Scale:
- Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 20,300 (Inclusive of allowances)
