ISRO Recruitment 2019: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has released an official notification inviting all the interested candidates for Technician B, Draughtsman, Technical Assistant, and other posts. All the eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed format on the official website of ISRO (isro.gov.in) on or before September 13, 2019.

  • Technician B: 40 posts
  • Fitter: 20 posts
  • Electronic Mechanic: 15 posts
  • Plumber: 2 posts
  • Welder: 1 post
  • Machinist: 1 post
  • Draughtsman B: 12 posts
  • Draughtsman Mechanical: 10 posts
  • Draughtsman - Electrical: 2 posts
  • Technical Assistant: 35 posts
  • Mechanical: 20 posts
  • Electronics: 12 posts
  • Civil: 3 posts


Educational qualification required

  • Technician-B: SSLC/SSC/matriculation pass with ITI/NTC/NAC in Fitter Trade from NCVT.
  • Draughtsman-B: SSLC/SSC/matriculation pass with ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman Mechanical trade from NCVT.
  • Technical Assistant: First class diploma in engineering from a recognized state board.

Age limit criteria

For all the above posts: 18 -35 years as on 13.09.2019. For SC and ST Candidates 40 years and for OBC candidates 38 Years, where posts are reserved in respective categories)

Payscale

  • Technician -B and Draughtsman -B: Rs 21,700 plus DA
  • Technical Assistant: Rs 44, 900 plus DA


Application fee:

Male UR and OBC Candidates (Non-refundable): Rs 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) Candidates may make the payment 'online' using Internet Banking / Debit Card or 'Offline' by visiting nearest SBI Branch.

Selection procedure

There will be an initial screening, skill test, written test.

  • Click on 'Career tab' on the homepage of ISRO
  • On the new page, click on 'RECRUITMENT OF TECHNICIAN-B / DRAUGHTSMAN-B / TECHNICAL ASSISTANT'
  • Click on 'Apply Online'
  • Read all the instruction carefully
  • Fill up the application form in the prescribed format
  • Click on submit and pay the application fee
  • Click on submit

  • From there go to the Notification section
  • Over there you will find the notification for the Technician- B, Draughtsman- B, Technical Assistant Vacancies.
  • Read them carefully.
  • And if you are eligible, fill the application form
  • Recheck the information
  • Pay the Application Fee
  • Submit the application form by the closing date.
